Where can i get an exhaust Y piece in stainless that doesn't cost an arm and a leg?
Needs to be 38mm ID diameter on the 2 inlets and 45mm? ID on diameter on the other end in stainless
the 2 38mm inlets needs to be parallel and as close together as possible. I need to replicate something like this
exhaust trim
I can provide dimensions if someone would be willing to do it at a reasonable cost.
I could do it but don't have welding equipment atm.
Make it !
Bit of 45mm Pipe, split it lengthways and add a triangle to into the splits both sides, you now have the collector shape.
Cut the exit flush and weld 45mm pipe for the exit.
Where the pipes enter get a piece of flat SS and cut two 38mm holes next to each other, then weld the in pipes flush to this.
Shape to fit the collector, then cut the collector flush and weld.
For flat SS I just opened up a piece of pipe and flattened, simples
Here's the exhaust I made with three collectors, once I ground and polished the joins it look much nicer.

I can get you a genuine timing belt kit for £40 and aux belt kit for £30
The twingo RS head is different to your due to the VVT isnt it?

The head on later K4M engine is different to the earlier K4M and K4J . The head is physically taller so the cambelt will be too short. There are also
more oilways in the head so you would need some kind of hybrid head gasket.

The block will have the oilways in too. Also the inlet cam will be different as it has the oil way in for the VVT pulley. The inlet manifold is completely different to, as is the throttle body.

Anything will fit with time and money lol
The throttle body on yours is on the back of the engine on the plenum, the K4M is on the side of the engine. I am pretty sure the cam is different
though has anyone else does this conversion?
