Would Mg Metro alloys fit on a sylva star? as i need a set of 13 inch alloys.

Metro alloys probably have too much offset as they were designed for front wheel drive.
You can get negative offset Mini alloys which may be a bit better on the Star.

I thought about a set of minilites but they are mostly 12 in and may look a bit small

Are they 4"?Sure I had vauxhall rostyles on one of my imps, in which case imp wheels might have a better offset and alot of people use 13's
