As I understand it.
What makes a Megajolt "3D" will be the fact that it has some type of feedback sytem.
This can either be in the form of a MAP - inlet manifold pressure sensor, or a TPS (Throttle position sensor). Either of these systems will allow
the Megajolt to alter the timing etc depending on the engine load/performance.
My set-up I had in the Pinto was a "2D" as it had no TPS or MAP. it purely worked on engine revs - As the revs changed so did the timing
advance/retard to the ignition. Evene this was head and shoulders above the dizzy set-up, especially cold starting.
I am sure the above is not the full answer and others may well say I am wrong . But, I am quite pleased how much I have learnt in the last year
or so (or think I have )
Now to start getting my head round the injection OMEX 600
So, in summary, you will need either a TPS running from the carb spindle, or a MAP sensor taken from the inlet manifold.
EDIT - Just noticed you mention you have TPS. So just hook up the TPS wires to the MJ, get a suitable map and you will be 3D

The new edition of PPC mag may be of help , it has an article on fitting and setting up Megajolt. I haven't had a chance to read the full article yet but it should be of help?
Hi Lewis,
Yes megajolt is 3D if you use MAP or TPS.
Andy
My setup is exactly the same as yours - 2.0 Blacktop and ZX6 Carbs. The carbs should have a TPS if from a recent model and work great on that
engine.
If you need a megajolt map let me know as mine seems pretty good. My carbs are running 1.6mm jets.
