Full rolling road carb set up, Croydon area

Hi,

Just recently got a Robin Hood S7 running a Vulcan 2.1 pinto, the 135bhp option i think. Its running a FR32 cam. Is this cam quite lumpy on idle?
Anyone know any rolling road tuners in the Croydon area? Also if i had the engine set up and tuck it away for the winter will it drop out of tune if left unused?

Vulcan Engineering are now at Brands Hatch and have a rolling road on site.
