Hi guys... I have a Saard fuel pressure regulator on my throttle bodied zetec and I am about to go and get it mapped... One thing I haven't done
is connect the top of the regulator to the inlet manifold I guess to reduce fuel pressure when the throttle is closed. Is this worth connecting or do
I leave it connected to atmosphere... If I should connect it to the throttle bodies manifold I guess it should connect to the engine side of the
butterfly... Any advice would be much appreciated.....
thanks

Hi, leave the reg vac port open to atmosphere, the tuner will prefer that as having the fuel pressure change (and so the AFR) is a pain when mapping, leave disconnected permanently. (the only time the pipe should be connected is on forced induction)
Thanks.... appreciate the advice.....
