fireblade block im working on has a broken mounting lug from when the bike it was in crashed... engine is great and on;y has 9000 miles on it so I would prefer not to have to re case it if I can help it. Also this would probably be out of my skill range.

Was wondering if this could be welded or fixed in any other way.. its the top mount on the clutch end of the engine so it need to be fixed for any install

Its a thing thats bugged me since I bought the block last year and Im hoping the solution is easier than I thinking

it will alloy weld pal so it looks not to bad so chin up get to see some 1 who is good with a tig on alloy

its a good idea to put your location so some body mite be able to help

Do you actually need that lug? If it's not massively important, I'd just leave it be.

yeah its one of the 4 mounted points needed.
