I have a pair of weber 40 dcoe carbs and i want to remove the enricher. I have seen the blanking plates on webcon and was wondering if they are all you need? Is it just a question of taking the enrichers of and putting the plate on?

The cold start device? I don't think it does anything at all if you leave it on and don't connect a choke cable.
