What do people tend to do on their bike bodies for velocity stacks? I notice there are a few kits available aftermarket but most being very expensive
(like £150+).
Is there a market for a velocity stack 'kit' if reasonably priced? I've got an idea of a kit that I think could be made reasonably
cost-effectively and suit a range of bodies.
I've bought the bike airbox with the tb's and plan to modify that on my conversion from Webers it has 2 short 2 long trumpets but Suzuki must know what they are doing.... or not?

I made plaster mould once from which to cast fibreglass trumpets, but the resin i had didnt mix properly so it stayed tacky. The trumpet looked fine, and i was going to coat it in a flame retardant paint but then binned it as i changed engine choice.
I'm using the mid length trumpets from the GSX-R range, these sandwiches the filter backplate.
By chance a set of weber intake trumpets slide right into the GSX-R trumpets, which opens up a lot of other options.( I just had these trumpets in the
garage)

Like the bonnet Dan. Not sure what it's got to do with trumpets/velocity stacks though.
On that subject; I am turning mine out of alloy scaffolding tube because they are priced a bit OTT for what you get IMHO.
