On my weber dcoe the throttle butterflys on close fully if you let the linkage go if you ease of slowly they stay open a little bit. The return spring is fine. I was wondering if it could be the bearings?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Has someone fiddled with the butterflies, you may need to loosen the screws that pinch the plates and reset.
