What size of core would you suggest to deal with my Chargecooler.
My engine rad is front mounted, core frontal size 370x200mm - do I use an oil cooler core in front of this one , I'm not sure what size of core
will be required.
There may be an option to keep the charge radiator in the back and mount it in the airflow if the advice here suggests a small ish core size.

im changing my homemade chargecooler for a pwr barrel unit and thought about upgrading my front rad but checking the pwr site the polo rad im using is
the same size as their alloy unit . i use two pumps one at the front and one at the back and it works fine keeping the ait at 20deg above ambient on a
32c trackday last month . my header tank is failry big and takes 2 litres .
have a read on the pwr /avt site there is some good tech stuff on chargecooling

I dont have much space for a Polo radiator, what are the rough dimensions of the Polo rad ? I might have to speculate on one of the long thin coolers
on the Chargecoolers site (27x11) unless i find an alternative (cheaper!)
My plan was to use a single Omega pump to circulate, am I correct you started with one pump and had lack of cooling issues ?
ive got a focus rs cooler and rad going cheap if you need one ? i didint have any issues with one pump but doubled up when i went back to pure turbo
power and 450hp . i doubled up after having to fit a davies craig electric pump to keep the engien coolant flow up ,with just the front pump on you
cant see much flow through the header tank but with both on it really pushes the water round .

41" end to end including fittings ,6.5"tall and 40mm core width . In and out on opposite ends . My photo bucket is playing up if you need

Depends entirely on the amount of power you're sinking with it. Virtually impossible to make a decent guess of something that will work without knowing your turbo exit temps and flow rates. That said, the simple answer is almost always bigger=better and more water volume is more important than rad size unless you're under sustained power output.
