Does such a thing exist, can anyone recommend a specific publication?

I want to give my type E gearbox at least a basic going over and replace some oil seals but the Sierra Haynes manual doesn't cover gearbox work at all...!

IIRC the older Haynes manual for the Sierra covers gearbox rebuild, you need the one with a pale blue cover. Also PPC magazine covered a type 9rebuild some time ago

Dunno how different the type 9 is internally to the rocket box apart from the integral bellhousing but here is type 9 rebuild manual?

Hmm... Detective work now tells me i have a type 3 gearbox, not a type 9. Really struggling to find workshop manual for one online, anyone got one?
