one of the jobs I've been putting off for months and months, but finally bit the bullet and took the plunge.
what better way to warm up the chilly -1deg garage temp than with a bit of welding.
Wanted a through the side system for my Striker rebirth project, but could'nt find a system to fit, and at the right price. Nearly went into brain meltdown trying to source the bends, and a bit more practice needed on some of the bits, but all in all it turned out OK, just got to finish off at the flange and a bit around the 4-1 merge, happy days

i may need to make one for a zetec into my narrow westfield, i have a x/f one i could modify but i am in 2 minds.
can i ask where you got the tubing and especially the collector ?

got the bends from ospery exhaust components, they got a website. sometimes they struggle with stock, but if you ring up they'll sort you out...
the collector was from a fellow locoster. I was half way through making my own at the time, but it was quicker to bag a second hand one.
