Pricing up an upgrade to my 1600 crossflow but I need to find out what I'm likely to make from the sale of the Crossflow to see what I can afford
to upgrade to.
So what is this lot worth as a package ready to drop in a car?
1600 Xflow 711M block bought as a recon short block (from Newark Engines I think)
Bored out to +90 (so 1680cc'ish?)
Recent new rings and big end shells
Felpro head gasket
Vulcan Big Valve Head
BCF2 cam
Shortened sump
Alternator
Bogg Bros inlet Manifold
R1 Bike carbs
Fuel pump and reg
Coil
Aldon Ignitor fitted
Side Entry dizzy cap and leads
Flywheel and clutch
Starter
Custom MK Engineering Stainless Exhaust manifold, may or may not fit a 7, not measured yet
Runs as sweet as a nut. Puts out 110bhp at the wheels so approx 135-140 at the fly
Would £1000 for the lot above be a good budget to work to?

I would have thought so. They are getting rarer and rarer now.
I got 800 pounds for a crossflow package last year running on twin 40s rest of spec as yours hope this helps ....
Thanks for the replies. Will work on that price as a budget.
Right, the engine is out. Where is the best place to advertise a full Xflow package?
