hi all
can anyone suggest how to seal v8 sump have been unable to seal it with out leaks. have tried cork and silicone anyone got any advice??

Can only suggest that you remove sump, and thoroughly clean its mating surface and that at bottom of engine.

Then check sump mating surface for flatness using a few sheets of 800 grit paper glued to mdf and lightly rub sump on it looking for telltale scratch marks.

Also check crankshaft oil seals, and try again.
