Megajolt map for ST170 and ZX9R carbs
Tigercatkid - 22/7/13 at 12:35 PM

Hi Chaps,

Just nearing the end of a complete rebuild of an ST170. I will be running a Megajolt via TPS from my ZX9R carbs with the VVT removed (standard ST170 cams at present).

I am looking for a decent base map for this (or similar) set up to get me going until I get to to RR and have it mapped & jetted correctly.

Any one have a map they could let me have ?

Also, could anyone recommend a tuning company in the East of England who are not afraid of bike carbs and the Megajolt - I have spoken to too many who are !

Thanks in advance.

You can have a copy of my map, but it is for a Blacktop, not ST.

Hi,

that would be a good start - I have been trawling around on this forum and there are a few posts about the ST170, so I hope that I might also get the more specific one. I guess you need my e-mail address - is their a private mail function on this forum
?

Hi Dale,

thanks for the offer - tempting... I just have to drive it for 3.5 hours to get to you

I might well do that... but not in this heat.

I will check out your web site
