Does anyone have a list of the common single throttle body sizes? I'm looking for 48-52mm.
The application is for a zetec with plenum for eaton M45 supercharger.
Something which is used to handling boost will help too!
MGF Trophy (the 160bhp version) has a 52mm body.
This one -> eBay Item
Rover 75 turbo used this one eBay Item but don't know what size it is.
Usually 48mm on MGZR etc. The plastic ones are rumoured to deform and stick (not sure how true that is).

I would have a measure up on the eaton charger first and work out how large you need.
My m90 inlet is far smaller than the butterfly in the throttle body even after porting it out, if it's a gen3 charger you will definitely want to
do this!
Regards Mark
For our supercharged GTA project we bought both a plenum and throttle body from IK Engineering, very helpful and reasonably priced.

Are you blowing thru the throttle or suck?
If your blowing thru just use the stock plastic zetec plenum and plastic throttle body, we have used these at 20psi several times without an issue.
The throttle busy only deforms if you over tighten the hose clip.
If you suck thru (throttle on intake of blower) the plastic zetec one will also be fine.
Note the 2.0L zetec throttle is bigger than 1.8L

No rumour about it.
Plastic ones were only designed to have the inlet held on with a plastic hose clip, using a Jubilee or T Bolt hose clip crushes the throttle body and causes the throttle to stick.
Ok I'll have a look at the Rover 75 and MGF ones.
Of note I dont have space to use the original inlet and plenum, so i will have to get something custom put together.
I am blowing into the throttle body (after intercooling)
Thanks for all of your responses, helpful.
Just as a backup - any more throttle bodies between 48-52mm?
I'll post jpegs of the throttlebodies I have.
Another the throttlebody that might suit is the Honda PGFI one --- as used on 1990s Accords and Rover 600s
