Has anyone who has a blacktop zetec fitted the era sump with windage tray that bolts to the main bearing studs used the ARP bolt kit for a silvertip as I know you have to use the silvertip bolts to bolt the windage tray on so really I need to know if the ARP bolt kit is the same as the standard or if anyone has anyone standard silvertop main bearing bolts they could send me

Thankyou

The ARP main stud kit is a total waste of money in a standard engine. Although they are the same thread I would also doubt if the Silvertop kit would suit the Blacktop since the Blacktop bearing caps are nowhere near as deep.

Just ring your local Ford dealer but if they don't have a clue what you want (highly likely) ring Scholar engines. They stock the bolts as part of the kit to fit the Silvertop windage tray to a Blacktop, they will probably sell them separately.
