dunno about using one in a locost, but i read an article in an aussie mag called zoom a while back about making 700 odd bhp out of an M42 by bolting a turbo on it...

Nothing to say mate.

Progress slow due to me actually working for a living.

BMW is in an ever increasing number of pieces.

Any questions, just ask.

Except for asking WHY.

Cheese.

I am proud to annouce that I already started to build my locost with a BMW engine! I took the engine from a BMW 3.20. Had to make little ajustment to the chassis to fit it in but I can assure you that it fits. 1.8L emi under the hood... Everybody is telling me that the engine is to powerful for the car... Cheers!
