The main tubing is 2". How small can you go in link pipe diameter? 38mm would be easier to run than 2"and could be in Polylock.
From the research I've been doing for mine, it appears you want to keep it as large as possible (up to the system diameter). I guess go with the
maximum you can fit.
Out of interest where are you putting your link pipe? I'm figuring it'll have to be after the collectors and run under the car on mine.

Oh! that's the first I've heard of polylock. I've seen flexible hose but it always had packing in between the corrugations and the
polylock page says it is packing free. Is it readily available?
Does it weld OK?

Ta I'll give it a go
I'm doing another option for my link pipe. I'm not using one at all, as such, but instead I'll be using a X piece in the exhaust down stream of the collectors. It should help a little bit more with the scavenge effect and saves me having to fart about with a link pipe.
