Flywheel for black top

Hi - new to site and looking for guidance on which efi cvh flywheel to look for - I believe the one to have is the Escort one with 36-1 trigger on rear and drill the holes out 1mm but is the escort one the only one that weighs 6.5kg or does the Fiesta or Sierra also have the same weight and type of flywheel - any advice on which model / year of Ford to look for / where to look or if anyone has the right one lying about they no longer need ?

As far as I am aware all Zetecs use exactly the same flywheel fixings, no need to do any drilling. So why not look for one off a 1.6 or 1.8 Zetec silvertop, not sure about the exact weight but much less than the 2.0 boat anchors. Must be loads of old Escorts in the yards these days.

As above, common approach is a 1.8 zetec fly wheel, but I always thought the ones to use were from the mk1 focus not late escorts.

This mates with the 1.8 cutch out of a mondeo with the CT133 release bearing and the lrs707 starter.

Thanks for the replies - I believe the 2.0 blacktop flywheel weighs just under 10kgs, the 1.8 just over 8kgs and the efi cvh escort to be 6.5kg if that helps
