Sump of at the mo, shall I replace the pump or can you clean them out?
Fair bit of crystalised sh*t on pick up gauze (probably sump gaskey sealant).

If the oil pressure was ok before, then it's probably ok - a new one isn't a lot of money if you want to make sure tho'

I got a new one off ebay for a tenner when I built mine.

Remember to put the distributor drive back in! - I didn't

If you do change it (or not even, if you've got it out) it is well worth changing the hex drive shaft.
