Hey guys and gals, so I'm having a few problems with the Omex 600 and struggling to get it to start for the first time, has anyone got a map they've used successfully with a 2.0l Zetec turbo build I could try.

I'm using Siemens 630cc injectors, no speed or knock sensor.

Have you contacted Omex directly. I emailed them with my engine details and they sent out a base map and connection details (Puma 1.7 with TB's and the VCT still working) within a couple of days even though I was using a second hand OMEX 710.

I have mate but have had some difficulty getting the car started as it just cranks and nothing more, i waswondering if i hadnt dont something correctly to the map that i should of and if a tried and tested map might get me going if not i know its another problem. Im going to ring omex tomorow though and make sure i know what im doing.

Did you try the map I sent you then?

Is your crank sensor working, no signal no spark.

he sees 150rpm on cranking so the sensor should be working.

TPS set correctly for the map your using ?

Got fuel and sparks ?

Thanks for the replies, I'll be checking everything this weekend, spoke to omex and they've sent me a non start ford which is basically a problem solving graph which should help allot, yes the crank sensor is working but no fuel or spark, and no I haven't tried that map Jeff but if this form that omex sent me doesn't work that'll be the next thing I'll try.

I'll make sure I update you all with what I find, ta
