As the title suggests, can anyone modify/chop my blacktop sump, although i can weld (of sorts) and have access to a TIG, i dont want to cock up and have to fork out again on bits. can arrange postage both ways inc beer.

Its a standard 2.0 blacktop sump in a Tiger avon.

I would have thought the chop was the easiest bit! Angle grinder with thin disc and usual measure twice cut
once. There is a crossflow sump mod on the web somewhere.

Joe on here (welderman) did a top job on my ally MX5 sump.

What car are you building?

As far as I'm aware most kit suppliers will do this for you!
