I'm going to upgrade my rad with an alloy one ( normal polo job ) they seem to come in 3 thicknesses 42mm 55mm and 70mm, which one do you think I need, the expected power output will be around 200bhp.

Standard one should do ya but over on the zetec rwd Facebook page there's a few Ali upgrades..

I am not convinced some of the custom made rads on the market are actually an improvement in heat transfer capacity.

I've got the 55mm one and it's big!
I'm running duratec and now I sorted my earthing issue my temps are spot on.
