Help with I.D. on zetec cams.
big_wasa - 4/9/16 at 05:30 PM

As title I am after some help with what make and grind my cams are.

The cams are ground from blanks made by sportscam these blanks are supplied to people like Kent cams, Piper cams, and even Ford racing.

I don't think they are Kent cams as they don't have there numbers. But they do have GH57 and GH59 etched on them.

Any one know, cheers

Kent cams stamp on the flat face of the slotted end, it's stamped on the pulley fitting face for piper cams, i'm not sure about any other makes.

Dave

ETA this is a piper zetec cam end.

Mine are similar in my 1800.

I am told they are the mandated cam's for the 1800 zetec in 750mc Sports Specials
