getting a mini gt and getting the block bored out to 1340 from 1275 i need to no if the 1275 head would be able to fit on even wit the bore increase. plz get beck to me. cheers

No problem with 1275 head, It's been done so many times.
My mate has just done an MG midget with similar components.

cheers. wat hourses is your mates engine got? i'm upgrading every thing and stage 4 head, wat hourses can you get out of a 1340 tuned engine??

Take car with the head gasket in the area between the centre bores where he head as the brass plug --- most of the cooking 1275 engines I ecountered blew gaskets in this area --- brass plug used to sink into the head.
