Can anyone recommend somewhere i can take my tiger fitted with a silvertop Zetec for an engine overhaul, could do with new gaskets all over, new
cambelt and water pump, good clean out and maybe a resprey?

Do it yourself? What makes you say it needs a rebuild?
You shouldn’t change the head gasket unless it has failed, no point what so ever.
You can spray engine cleaner on and jet it off to get a clean block then you’ll see what is leaking
I would recomend bassetdown balancing. they are in Hungerford.
As above what makes you think it needs a rebuild?
If it really does then is it not cheaper/quicker to get another engine - there's got to be plenty about.
When I rebuilt my Pinto I did the strip and re-assembly mysle, but used these guys for overhauling the parts...

from what he describes it's more a good service than a rebuild. - could do with new gaskets all over, new cambelt and water pump, good clean
out and maybe a respray?
tbh from what you describe all that can be done with the engine in the car. Any local garage could do the cam belt for you and while at it get the
water pump and belt tensioner pulley replaced. All the other tasks require just some spanners and elbow grease. Unless there is a fault, blue smoke or
water in the oil I would recommend not splitting the engine. More important would be to give it all new fluids, brakes as well & give the cooling
system a flush. Perhaps replace fuel and water hoses if they are a few years old. I'd certainly consider replacing the external gaskets (rocker,
inlet, exhaust, pump etc) if you got a set, just leave the head one in the drawer for that time it actually needs it.

Take a trip up to Bailey performance I know it's not close but they did wonders with my silvertop.
