That doesn't surprise me at all, it's a hoofing big cast iron block that was designed to be used in the diesel variant of the Fiat modular engine, they are certainly no lightweight! I can remember taking the head off mine and even though it's alloy it took a fair bit of effort lifting it. Lovely engine though, gobs of torque and pulls hard to the redline whilst sounding great, the Coupe is one car I'm a little sad to have sold.
So they skimp on the bodywork tin, and lay it on the block then!
