You need the feed from the pump into one end of the fuel rail, then the regulator on the opposite end of the rail connected with the upward pointing
connector, and the left pointing connector going to the return pipe.

Following on from my last question, is it preferable to mount the regulator on the bulkhead which doesn't move or is it okay to put it on the end of the fuel rail which might vibrate a bit with the engine?
The oe location is on the end of the rail, but it should be fine elsewhere if it is more practical and will be less susceptible to vibration.
