I am going to mate my Rover V8 to a ZF 8HP45 (SD1 project)
The easiest way is to bolt the torque converter (and box are both from a BMW) to the driveplate. L/Rover seems a bit odd that they have a flexplate
then spacer then driveplate.
The L/R driveplate is smaller than the pcd of bolt holes on t/c..
Does anyone know what the driveplate would be made from, then I could get someone like Fractory to make one (or buy the right steel and do it
myself).
