A tip for 4-AGE users

seems as though there are now more and more people seeing the light and going with the Toyota 4-AGE.

A tip from the racing chaps for you, to make it a bit nippier, if you have the later engine (7 ribbed block as opposed to 5 ribs) is to fit the earlier flywheel. It's 200mm diameter instead of the later 212mm diameter. Nice bit of quick and cheap weight saving on the engine.

The 85-86 3-rib has all lighter internals (crank, con-rods, pistons, flywheel). Not as strong when you add boost, but still quite strong.

Stock they make 115Hp.

BTW - the 4AGE is one of the sweetest sounding 4 bangers ever.
