with the correct turbo and engine control , it certainly well is . For daily use though i wouldnt run as much boost.

Engines with 16v heads can produce over 600 hp !!!

correction - after a bit more indepth talk , sten has 4 cylinder engines on 1000bhp /1000NM .

Just to side track a bit. In finland there are a few pintos running 600bhp. And one of the is running carbs with the turbo . It seems that over there they have gone big time into getting big bhp from engines. I'll post some pics if anyone is interested

yeah , that ll be nice - what internals was it using - cossie ?

forged internals are sub £1k for the volvo - not that you would need them for upto 350-400 hp
