What is the best way to sort the engine breathing on a 2ltr Zetec, i have an oil catch tank also but with 2 connections at the top, currently i have one connected to the cam cover and the other to the crankcase breather. Should i join the 2 together via a 'T' piece and use the other connection on the catch tank as a breather?

yup, get a nice little breather filter for it.
