Ive just realized that my choice of engine wasnīt the best move.
I have a -88 Pinto with EFI and catalyst in my Indy and itīs only with 100 bhp.

How can I now modify it so I can have more bhp in it?
Due to regulations here in sweden I donīt want to loose the catalyst or EFI.

So give me your best advises on my situation *please*

turbo ???? would give more or nos but thats just stupid

You can gas flow the head, modify the valves,put a hotter camshaft in, lighten the flywheel, have it dynamically balanced, fit throttle bodies with a fancy ecu or megajolt and megasquirt etc etc

The pinto is very tunable - you need to get the cylinder head to breathe to the maximum to get better results.

The cat will probably hold it back a bit but I would think there are still some good gains to be had.

Iīm thinking of a megasquirt to next winter. The new version should be out later this year.
The catalyst is a free flow cheramic cat....
And I use to dream about all fancy stuff in the catalog from Burton

Have you thought about a high flow Cat, I just fitted one to the Honda Civic with a good power gain.

Take the cat out and replace it with a piece of pipe.
