hi,
iv just connected all my water pipes to my 1.6 pinto from my escort rad.

the system im running is connecting my top pipe from the rad to the thermostat outlet of the engine
Then the bottom pipe from the rad to the large pipe of the pump.
then the little pipe from the pump to the inlet manifold.

the problem is that there is still one connection of the thermostat. there is a little pipe which i think originally went to the expantion tank. just woundering what to do with it as we are not having an expansion tank.

any help much appreciated.
