Facet fuel pump

Will the Facet fuel pump work when mounted vertically? Any reason not to mount it this way?

Facetīs that we have used have worked in every position..

I've mounted a facet solid state fuel pump (competition version) vertically, so it better had work! I can't see any reason why it shouldn't, providing it is lower than the average fuel level, it should be fine.

If it is significantly above the fuel level, then it might struggle priming itself.

Thanks TTK77.

Chatted to Llama Motorsport at Stoneleigh today. Guy called David Round, very helpful, told me exactly how the interrupter type pump should be mounted.
(Vertically, with the "nut" end down, so the filter can be accessed).

Llama Motorsport - useful range of hose fittings and also good for brake hoses. See :- www.motorsport-plumbing.co.uk.
