I am thinking of a Rover V8 for my Tiger Avon, does anybody have the following dimensions, or would somebody be kind enough to measure their engine:

Height from sump to top of carb
Length excluding gearbox
overall width excluding exhaust manifolds.

Has anyone had any experience of fitting a Rover V8 to a Tiger Avon ?
