I am about to drop a Ford Cologne V6 into a Cortina based kit. The car currently has a Pinto fitted with original Cortina mounts, Burton have advised me to get a pair of mounts from the 2.3 v6 Cortina, but these are like hens teeth.

Are any other mounts compatible, either for a differnet engine in the Cortina, or V6 mounts from a Granada, Capri or Sierra - this would save some hassle.

mounts are not that tricky to make anyway, but..........didn;t the mk 2 granada use the same front subframe as the cortina, I think it did. Have a look at some mk2 granada v6 engine mounts, these should do the trick!
