I have got ETB gauges with the relevant sensors. I bought a housing from Demon Thieves to mount the sensor in the top rad hose, but I am apparently
supposed to earth the body of the housing so as to complete the circuit.
The one I got has no terminal or anything for an earth wire and I ideally don't want to start drilling holes for self tappers.
At the moment I have wrappend a wire round the housing and secured it under the hose clip, but it doesn't look very permanent.
How have other people achieved this?
You could wrapclamp a small strip of ali round the body of the sensor and then attach an earth wire to the bolt you have clamped it with, that's
what alot of people do.

Pooh!.. Ally solder a small tag with a hole in it to the body of the housing and use a ring tag on the wire and bolt up.
Or if not, put a jubilee clip around the body and clamp a pin tag under it with a wire on the other end to ground.
lots of easy ways of doing this.
If its worth doing... do it well.
Actually, I thought: put a ring terminal on the earth wire and rivet it onto a jubilee clip
