Fuel tank Q's
gjn200 - 30/12/02 at 12:22 PM

Just a quicky,
Would a race tank that you fill direct, by a hole/ hatch in the boot tray pass the SVA? Also are fuel gauges needed aswell?

Cheers all

Not sure about the race tank but Fuel gauges are not needed for SVA. Mine passed with-out one.

cheers

Filling tank inside boot is OK for SVA. Gauge not needed.

I would't have one as it's not gonna be used much (unlike a normal car) the tank will get moisture in it and rust.

made mine out of stainless. so no worrys about rust.
