The indy width is the same as book,the main difference is height as top rails are inch higher.
Running gear set up is a bit different because no live axle as in escort version.

I plan to use IRS on Locost chassis from
a Sierra.
The main reason I ask is Ive never seen
either cars in the flesh but in all the pictures Ive seen the MK indy looks the best.
