has any 1 got any pictures of a type 9
gearbox with a westfield gearbox mount
fitted to a chassis, need to see how much work is needed to fit in luego velocity

Sorry to hijack but I've been thinking about this today as well so I'm interested too. I had thought about using one of the spare suspension bushes but thought they might be to stiff.

If you mean one of these then you just need a plate across the tunnel in the right place...

Did this in a velocity last weeekend. Will take a picture tomorrow

will 3mm plate be ok as i have some left

i've got one of those mounts for my type 9. not fitted it yet though as i'm not sure about the cross plate i'll need

I made a small cradle to adapt it to by almost book chassis
