now i'm fairly well on with the new indy, the insurance payout has seemingly vanished into the ether.
the last major component i now need is an exhaust manifold, but before i approach tube engineers for one, would anyone have one for a pinto indy that
has been unused? either due to a change in direction with engine choice or any other reason.
i know there are other suppliers that can supply manifolds, but it needs to look like the one in the picture. it seems daft to throw my money at a
brand spanker if anyone happens to have an as new one, not required though.
if it was in yorkshire, it'd be ideal, but i will travel if the price is right.
needle in a haystack? no one said kit cars were supposed to be easy

Rescued attachment sill trim.jpg
but for £220
as i said, the insurance money has evaporated and i'm a poor, soon to be, student!
they also appear on luegos and mac 1's but i'm not sure they're exactly the same.

For £220 I would snap their hands off!!
I made this one but I'd want double that money to do another!
exhaust 2
[sulk]fair enough
it'll have to wait til payday then[/sulk]
tom
sorry mate!
honestly £220 is a bargain if it is well made.
Really good 4-2-1 manifolds are usually around the £650-£800 mark, to give you an idea!!
How about.............. THIS
it's not, it's 4 into 1, as shown in the picture, but tbh, i'm not bothered about performance too much.
it's going onto a 1.6 pinto ffs! 74bhp new
tom
best bet is to keep an eye out on ebay, i got my mk exhaust for £160
That photo's a blast from the past !
Who's the good looking red one ?
Pat...
Nice pic, Dev. Haven't seen a starting handle in years
Have a word with Andy from http://www.zorstec.net/ in Bradford. Top quality work and very good prices.
