Try to get all the bits with the engine when you buy it, otherwise it will cost you a load more.

Check you have the following, if not budget for them when deciding how much to pay:-

Engine
carbs
Full Loom (nightmare to sort out wiring otherwise, plus it has all the correct plugs/sockets on it)
CDi (£120 second hand if nbought seperatly)
rectifier (£80 second hand)
Fuel pump
Cam sensor (£20)
Relays (fuel etc)
Key and ignition barrel (not necessary but you will need to out a 100ohm resitor in the ignition wiring if use another - very simple job though)
Exhaust Can if available
Gear change arm

You don't need the airbox as it wont fit under the bonnet anyway.

give us a shout if you want anymore info

Met a bloke at Newark called Mike Solloway who sells bike engine packages, a member of the Dutton owners club (but we wont hold that against him!) seemed like a really genuine guy, and the prices he quoted me were super keen, also he guarantees the engines from date of installation rather than purchase.
Not sure he'd like me to post his telephone number, but if you want it drop me a u2u.
No connection BTW.
