Hi folks, don't know if this is any use to anybody, but I am in the middle of an engine swap for my kit car, and I have a standard 2L pinto that I don't want, and it's FREE to a good home. If you can collect it from morecambe then it's yours.
It comes with a 4 speed gearbox, and unfortunately a knackered clutch, (which is one reason I am changing it now). There is nothing wrong with the engine or gearbox, was running fine before the clutch started making the most horrible squealing noise, leaving me unable to change gear. Engine is now out of car, complete with 4 speed gearbox and knackered clutch. I will need to remove the engine mounts, maybe the distributor cap before it goes, but I want rid, it's cluttering up my back yard at the moment. Last chance to get your hands on a FREE 2L Pinto. I now have an engine crane so can lift it into your vehicle, just take it away, please, pretty please. OK I'm begging. Oh by the way it's in Morecambe.
