Please don't laugh....

How do I get to the plugs on my mondeo 2.0.....the rubber bungs where the leads disappear into the cam cover don't come out too easy, I've torn one already - do I need to remove the cam cover to get to the plugs?

just a twist and pull at the same time, may be worth trying a bit of wd or similar just to break the stiction between rubber and cover.

I'll have to try again - honestly, I was really heaving on them....

just be careful not to pull on the lead ,
i sometimes use angled long nose pliers to assist in removeing leads(carefully ofcourse)
