Finally put Zetec in. Clutch and release bearing are Sierra, as supplied by Tiger. Spigot bearing fitted.

tried to push clutch forward to test it. Arm wobbles a bit, but it's stuck.

Any ideas? Or am I just not pushing hard enough?

You won't push it by hand. Try using a lever as the spring tension is very strong.

Bear in mind how hard it is to push the clutch with your foot!!
