Did you block the little 10mm-ish vent?? If so, how?
Took mine back as a bleed to the top of the header tank.
found a good sized bolt or screw and wound it in with some araldite
i wound a thin self tapping bolt into it and left it as a bleed off
Made a tight-fitting little mushroom-shaped plug and glued it into the hole from the inside - the water pressure reinforces the seal.
Stuck a tube on it and sent to header tank.
By only having one tube from this to the header you can fill the system from the highest point, but the tank does not have to be the high point.
Mine is a drain (rad upside down) blocked off with kinked over hose and a j clip.
anyone got the size of one of these rads soz to hijack post

I'll give it a proper measure tomorow for overall size.
I've got a Polo rad which doesn't have a vent - I feel deprived now
@ RazMan!
I use it as a bleed point but block it with a self taper in use.
I ran a pipe back to the header tank on mine.

Thanks all! I don't have room to fit ANYTHING on it, but if I cut it down slightly I should be able to screw something in to blank it!
Small cap head screw in mine

OK i was having a fiddle in the garage so i had a measure up of the polo rad.
Width 480mm this includes the thermo switch area and the top bleed which sticks out 20mm, i have seen the 8mm top bleed cut shorter which helps nose
fitment.
Height 340mm
These measurements are total area.
I got bit of pipe fitted to it and doubled it back on it's self and placed a tie wrap around pulled tight
Job's a good un
