Managed to find a little filter that fits nicely on the 4AGE ICV. (Open to the wild blue yonder otherwise) It's a 'GPM Racing Products' remote control car part.

Got one of those on my Nitro radio control car.

Yep certainly looks a neat solution. I had a go at fitting my 20V idle control valve but had to remote mount it as the Rotrex oil lines pass through the standard mount point. Also I realised my valve will be under boost and needed to be plumbed back in before the throttle bodies to balance the pressure.
