Just for sake of arguement how much power would be needed in a seven to make a 10 second quater mile??

Depends on weight/traction/gearbox etc etc, but I have just been reading an article about a Cateringvan with 280bhp and sequential gearbox weighs 520 kg's, and does a standing quarter in 10.7......
